The ProScribe Image Library

The majority of the CDROM is taken up by a collection of over 1200 different clip-art images, including a huge range of knotwork borders, decorative designs and backgrounds.

File Formats

Most of the images are supplied in both TIFF bitmap and EPS vector formats, and in both colour and monochrome, bringing the total number of clip-art image files to over 5000. With appropriate graphics programs (such as CorelDRAW!, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop), you can edit or rescale the images without loss of quality, and you can import them directly into DTP or word-processor documents. The TIF images are rendered at 300dpi, so that they are suitable for use in printing.

If you want to use the images for web page or screen design, you will need to reduce them to the size you want and convert them to JPEG, GIF or PNG format.
