System Requirements
Markin is a 32-bit Windows application.
This means that it will run on any computer running
Windows 98, NT4, 2000, XP, or Vista (see note below).
Markin occupies less than 2Mb
disc space, and does not have any particular memory
requirements - if you can run any of the Windows
versions listed above, you can run Markin.
The Markin program works with Windows Vista, but please
see our Vista and Help Files page for information about viewing the Markin Help file in Windows Vista.
Files created using Markin are
fully compatible with Macintosh web browsers and
word-processors, and the program has special export
and import features to ensure seamless operation
with Mac-oriented working environments. The program
will also run well on a Macintosh computer equipped
with the "Virtual PC" Windows emulator.
However, there is no "native"
Mac-OS version of Markin, and we currently have
no plans to produce one.
