How Online Shopping Works

The Software area of our site gives details of products which you can order online.

Our online shopping system works using a "shopping basket" - you can add items to your shopping basket as you move around the site.

On our product information pages you can add items to your basket by clicking a "Buy" button, which looks like this:

You can view the contents of your basket by moving to the Shopping Basket page. You can do this at any time, from anywhere on the site, by clicking on the trolley icon at the top right corner of the page.

When viewing the contents of your shopping basket, you can delete any item from it by clicking the Delete button, which looks like this:

When viewing the contents of your shopping basket, you can finish shopping and move to the checkout by clicking the Checkout button, which looks like this:

The Checkout Page

The Checkout page is a secure order form, on which you can safely enter your credit card details and mailing address. All information entered on our order forms is encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. Our security system uses the SSL system, and complies with the standards operated by banking and online shopping systems worldwide.

Our Checkout gives you a complete list of the products in your basket, and allows you to delete items without returning to the main site. To complete your purchase, you must enter your credit card details, and your name and address.

Shipping / Postage Charges

Some of our products can be downloaded directly from this site, and do not incur shipping charges. Our mail-order products do incur a shipping charge, and the cost depends on your location. For most products, the charge is one pound for delivery within the UK.
