We are currently in the process of changing our online ordering and payment systems. During these changes, we ask that you order from us by sending us an email message - our email address is provided on our Contact Page.

How To Order

To place an order, please send us an email message containing the following information:

• Your name
• Your postal address, including the country in which you are located
• Details of what you want to order.

Ordering multi-user Licences

If you are ordering a multi-user licence for Markin or TexToys, please make sure you tell us the number of users you wish to license.

Upgrading an Existing Licence or Renewing a Subscription

If you want to upgrade an existing Markin or TexToys licence to the latest version, please give us as much information as possible about the old licence purchase. It is particularly useful if you can tell us the customer reference or order reference number from the original sales receipt - but if this is not possible, please make sure that you tell us the name the email address used for the original purchase.

If you are renewing a hotpotatoes.net subscription, please tell us the login username for the Teacher account that you wish to renew.

Ordering on behalf of a School or College

If you are ordering on behalf of a school, college, or other institution or corporation, please include the full name and address of the institution.

Payment Methods

Please tell us in your email how you would like to pay for your purchase. We are able to accept payment by credit and debit cards, by cheque, or by bank transfer.

What Happens Next?

When we receive your email order, we will send you an invoice with all the information you need to make the payment, including a link to a secure payment service if you choose to pay online using a credit or debit card.
