We have been providing training and support services for many years, and currently supply a number of training agencies and clients with customised training courses. Over the last couple of years, we have designed and delivered courses in the following subject areas:

• Programming (Visual Basic, Javascript, ASP)
• CorelDRAW! and other graphics packages

Our Website Management course is particulary popular, and is really a combination of consultancy and training. It is aimed at managers who have responsibility for a website, and who use freelancers and contractors to produce and host the site, but who do not have the technical expertise to manage these resources effectively. The course content is always modified to suit the needs of particular clients, but key elements include:

• how to specify and purchase hosting and design services;
• how to set up and manage e-commerce systems;
• how to set up effective update and response mechanisms;
• how to integrate and link intranets and internet websites.
